I'm 33. I'm a wife and a mother. I'm no longer overweight, but I still struggle with my body. I obsess about what to put into it (to keep me from regaining the weight I've lost), and what to expect of it in terms of physical activity.
I'm blessed to be married to my best friend, who provides for our family (as a high school teacher) so I can stay home to raise our three children full-time. We've got Princess - she's five, Music Man - he'll be four in the spring, and Baby Belle who is nearly two.
I love my life, but I don't yet know how to love my body. Sure, I appreciate all it does for me, but I think if I truly loved it, I'd take better care of it. I'm on a mission to learn how to do just that. I believe Whole30 and The 21-Day Sugar Detox are perfect tools for helping me get the awareness I need to move forward in a positive, body-loving way. If I can do them properly and really learn from them!
